PORTABLE DVD OFFER: To receive free portable DVD player, customer must complete redemption form that will be mailed automatically 8–10 days after DIRECTV System lease. Upon DIRECTV System activation, customer must complete and sign redemption form, attach first month's DIRECTV bill and mail documents to: Portable DVD Redemption, P.O. Box 425, Mira Loma, CA 91752-0425. Form must be postmarked on or before 7/1/07.
